从国内高校图书馆学科服务的实际出发,基于高校图书馆学科服务与隐性知识共享的关系,对高校图书馆学科服务中促进隐性知识共享的必要性与可能性进行分析,并从制定激励机制、提升学科隐性知识主体的知识共享意愿、提供学科用户用以共享隐性知识的“场”、营造良好的共享氛围、开发学科虚拟服务平台的社交功能、优化学科隐性知识沟通机制等方面探讨促进学科服务过程中隐性知识共享的策略。
Based on the actual situation of the academic service of academic libraries in our country, based on the relationship between academic service and tacit knowledge sharing in academic libraries, the necessity and possibility of tacit knowledge sharing in the academic service of academic libraries are analyzed.
