近年来,越来越多的研究结果表明神经元特异性烯醇化(Neuron specific enolase,NSE)是作为各类神经元损伤的敏感性和特异性标志指标,已引起国内外学者的极大关注。测定NSE的水平对各类神经元损伤的诊断、判断疾病严重程度、估计预后和指导治疗等方面具有重要意义。
In recent years, more and more researches have shown that neuron-specific enolase (NSE), as a sensitive and specific marker for various types of neuronal damage, has attracted great attention of scholars at home and abroad. Determination of the level of NSE on various types of neuronal damage diagnosis, to determine the severity of the disease, prognosis and guidance of treatment is of great significance.
