当前我国正处于向经济强国转变的关键时期,“十三五”规划中“大力发展职业教育”方针的确立,使高职院校获得了空前的发展机遇。如何提升行政管理人员专业化水平,培育高职院校竞争力成为亟待解决的问题。本文从行政管理人员专业化的内容入手,对存在的问题进行剖析,提出促进行政管理人员专业化发展的实施路径。 At present, our country is in a critical period of transforming to a powerful country and the establishment of the policy of “Vigorously Developing Vocational Education” in the “Thirteen Five-Year Plan” has given vocational colleges unprecedented opportunities for development.
