为了探索应用微生物防治水稻白叶枯病的新途径,1978年从水稻白叶枯病病叶上分离到37个菌株进行筛选,经形态、染色反应,培养性状,营养要求,以及对化学物质的分解途径和产物、特殊酶活性等细菌原性状测定,得到水生黄杆菌 (Feavobacterium aguatile),(编号31)。并对其分类鉴定、工艺流程、加工剂型、粗萃、室内测定,盆栽和大田试验与应用方法等研究。 In order to explore a new way to prevent and control bacterial leaf blight by microorganisms, 37 strains were isolated from the leaves of rice bacterial blight in 1978 for screening. The morphological, staining reaction, culture traits, nutritional requirements, Decomposing pathways and products, specific enzyme activity, etc. were used to determine the original characteristics of bacteria, resulting in Feavobacterium aguatile (Cat. No. 31). And its classification identification, process, processing formulations, crude extract, laboratory determination, potted and field trials and application methods and other research.
