1 什么是民间组织?物以类聚,人以群分。人们之间总有聚群的兴趣和情感交流的需要。为了更好地帮助他人,或者为了办成凭单个人,一个单位的力量不能做好的事情,人们之间会结成一定的群体。这种群体与政府组织不同,其成员的加入或退出是完全出于自愿而非强迫的,群体对于其成员不具备强制色彩。这种群体与企业也不相同,成员的发起或加入不是为了营利,完全出于兴趣或情感交流的需要。这类群体被人们称为“民间组织”。从与政府组织相比较的角度,人们
1 What is a non-governmental organization? There is always a need for group exchange of interests and emotions.
