本文报道我院近三年来(1974年11月至1977年9月)对104例3岁以下重症肺炎患儿进行血气酸碱度测定结果,表明这些患儿伴有不同程度的酸碱平衡失调,尤以代谢性酸中毒合并呼吸性酸中毒在新生儿患儿更为常见。
This article reports the hospital in the past three years (November 1974 to September 1977) of 104 cases of severe pneumonia in children under 3 years of age were measured blood gas pH, indicating that these children with varying degrees of acid-base balance disorders, especially Metabolic acidosis with respiratory acidosis is more common in neonates.
