Objective: In recent years, research reports on the end of tendon disease, the study of the status of tendon end-point disease are described. DATA SOURCES: A computer-based online search of the Medline database was conducted between January 1990 and December 2006 with the articles “Enthesopathy” and “tendinopathy”, and the article language was defined as English. At the same time, the computer searches the relevant articles between Wanfang Data Resource System and Chinese Journal Full-text Database for the period from January 1994 to December 2005 with the search term of “tendon stop point, terminal disease and tendonopathy”, and restricts the article language type to Chinese. DATA SELECTION: Select basic and clinical literature related to the terminally affected tendon and rule out repetitive experimental studies. DATA EXTRACTION: A total of 20 basic and clinical related experimental articles on cytokine healing in tendon injury were collected, and 16 experimental articles were included in the standard. The four experiments that were excluded were all duplicates of the same study. DATA SYNTHESIS: ① The structure of the tendon end point is mainly composed of 4 parts, whose structural features are complicated; the main function is conduction and buffer stress. ② the end point of tendon disease etiology, pathology is unclear; generally believed that the etiology of the terminal structure of the decompensation, the main pathological collagen and cartilage degeneration. ③ through a variety of physical therapies, can improve the clinical symptoms of tendon endpoints; but can not fundamentally eliminate the cause. CONCLUSION: At present, there is a thorough study on the terminal structure of the tendon and little is known about the etiology, pathology and apoptosis of the terminal disease. At the same time, there is still a lack of reliable scientific methods for the treatment of terminal disease. Therefore, it is necessary The current treatment methods are closely designed to study their effects at random, but also actively carry out the exploration and research of other treatment methods (gene therapy, cytokine therapy).
