第一章 总 则 第一条:为了保障游艺机和游乐设施安全运行,预防事故的发生,保护游客的人身安全,促进游乐事业的健康发展,根据《福建省劳动安全卫生条例》和国家六部局联合颁发的《游艺机和游乐设施安全监督管理规定》,特制定本规定。 第二条:本规定适用于高空、高速以及可能危及人身安全的游艺机和游乐设施(目录附后)。凡在我省境内从事设计、生产、经销、安装检验和使用游艺机、游乐设施的企业、事业单位和个人必须遵守本规定。 第二章 设计、生产、销售 第三条:游艺机和游乐设施的设计和生产,必须符合国家《游艺机和游乐设施安全标准》及有关安全要求。 第四条:生产游艺机和游乐设施的企业,必须经工商行政管理部门核准登记注册,领取营业执照,并在核定的经营范围内开展生产经营活动。 第五条:生产企业必须有保证产品质量的生产设备、工艺装备、计量检测手段和专业技术人员、熟练工人及计量、检测人员,应有的健全的质量保证体系。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1: In order to ensure the safe operation of amusement machines and amusement facilities, prevent the occurrence of accidents, protect the personal safety of tourists and promote the healthy development of amusement undertakings, according to the “Fujian Provincial Labor Safety and Health Ordinance” and the six state agencies Issued by the “entertainment machine and amusement facilities safety supervision and management requirements”, formulated the provisions of this provision. Article 2: These Provisions apply to amusement machines and recreational facilities at high altitude, high speed and possibly endangering personal safety (attached list). All enterprises, institutions and individuals engaged in the design, production, distribution, installation and inspection of amusement machines and recreational facilities in the territory of our province shall abide by these Provisions. Chapter II Design, Production and Sales Article 3: The design and production of amusement machines and recreational facilities must comply with the state “safety standards for amusement machines and amusement facilities” and related safety requirements. Article 4: Enterprises producing amusement machines and amusement facilities must be registered and approved by the administrative department for industry and commerce, receive their business licenses, and carry out their production and business activities within the approved business scope. Article 5: Production enterprises must have production equipment, process equipment, means of measurement and detection, professional and technical personnel, skilled workers, personnel involved in measurement and testing, and a sound quality assurance system that guarantees the quality of their products.
