目的氡辐射α、β粒子后形成稳定子体铅。基于铅离子对催化动力学反应的阻抑作用,建立氡的光度检测新方法。方法氡辐射透过滤膜,衰变形成铅,溶解于吸收体HNO3,氧化形成Pb2+。在氨水介质中,Pb2+阻抑痕量Cu(Ⅱ)催化H2O2氧化茜素红S的褪色反应,lg(A2/A1)与Pb2+浓度(ρ)、氡浓度(CRn)呈良好的定量关系,由lg(A2/A1)值求出被动式累积氡的含量。结果 Pb2+对H2O2氧化茜素红S(ARS)阻抑反应为准一级反应,Ea=19.381 k J/mol。当ρ=2.47×10-2μg/ml~0.36μg/ml时,lg(A2/A1)=0.56ρ+0.03,r=0.999 1,检出限为7.4 ng/ml。lg(A2/A1)值、t值和氡浓度(CRn)三者之间的数学定量关系为lg(A2/A1)=FCRnt+a,CRn=[lg(A2/A1)-a]/(Ft)。结论新建采样方法和定量检测方法避免了现场的放射性危害。样品溶液可直接测定,不需要处理;仪器设备简单,操作简便,方法灵敏。
Objective Radon radiation α, β particles form a stable daughter body lead. Based on the inhibitory effect of lead ions on the catalytic kinetic reaction, a new photometric detection method for radon was established. Radon radiation through the filter, the decay of lead, dissolved in the absorber HNO3, the formation of oxidation of Pb2 +. In aqueous medium, Pb2 + inhibited trace fading of Cu (Ⅱ) catalyzed oxidation of alizarin red S by H2O2, and showed a good quantitative relationship between lg (A2 / A1) and Pb2 + concentration (ρ) and radon concentration lg (A2 / A1) value to find the passive cumulative radon content. Results Pb2 + was a quasi-first order response to the inhibition of alizarin red S (ARS) oxidation by H2O2, Ea = 19.381 kJ / mol. When ρ = 2.47 × 10-2μg / ml ~ 0.36μg / ml, lg (A2 / A1) = 0.56ρ + 0.03, r = 0.999 1, the detection limit was 7.4 ng / ml. The mathematical quantitative relationship among the values of lg (A2 / A1), t and radon concentration (CRn) is lg (A2 / A1) = FCRnt + a and CRn = [lg (A2 / A1) -a] / Ft). Conclusion New sampling methods and quantitative detection methods to avoid the on-site radioactive hazards. The sample solution can be directly measured, do not need to deal with; equipment is simple, easy to operate, sensitive method.
