玉竹的产地加工方法至今仍不统一,本文研究了去皮加工对其质量的影响。结果表明,去皮加工虽然可缩短干燥时间,提高出干率及水浸出物、可溶性糖的含量,但却显著降低了蛋白质、氨基酸及各类紫外吸收成分的含量,并且操作繁琐。从总体上看,玉竹的去皮加工弊大于利,应在生产中予以淘汰。
The processing methods of the production areas of odoratum are still not unified so far. This paper has studied the effect of peeling processing on its quality. The results showed that although the peeling process can shorten the drying time, increase the dry yield and the content of water extracts and soluble sugars, it significantly reduces the content of protein, amino acid and various ultraviolet absorption components, and the operation is cumbersome. In general, the debriding processing of Yuzhu is more than a disadvantage and should be eliminated in production.
