足球运动深受广大高校男生的喜爱,也是学校体育教学的重要组成部分。体育教学改革要求教学要尊重学生的身心发展和个性特征的形成为主的素质教育。足球教学也应该不断进行改革,向素质教育的目标迈进。因此,为改变高校足球教学中好生“好生吃不饱,差生吃不消”的不利局面,在足球教学中采用分层教学,根据不同技术能力的学生采用不同的教学目标,以提高学生的运动素质,增强学生上足球课的积极性。
