提供了在室温工作的(Cd,Hg)Te光导探测器的结构、制做和性能以及关于这种探测器的理论和探测率、响应率及输出信号的表达式。估价了这些探测器的性能限。给出了工作在10.6μ的不需致冷的(Cd,Hg)Te探测器的基本参数测量的实验数据。把实验结果与理论预计进行了比较,发现它们符合得很好。提供了不致冷的(Cd,Hg)Te光导探测器的实际应用的一些例子。我们的研究结果表明:设计和制成在8~14μ工作的非致冷(Cd,Hg)Te光导探测器是可能的。
The structure, fabrication and performance of (Cd, Hg) Te photoconductors operating at room temperature are provided along with theoretical and probing rates, response rates and output signals for such detectors. Valued the performance limits of these detectors. The experimental data of the basic parameters measurement of the uncooled (Cd, Hg) Te detector operating at 10.6μ are given. The experimental results were compared with the theoretical predictions and found that they fit well. Some examples of practical applications of uncooled (Cd, Hg) Te photoconductors are provided. Our results show that it is possible to design and fabricate uncooled (Cd, Hg) Te photoconductive detectors operating at 8-14 μs.
