利用聚合物作为辅料的口服缓释或控释固体剂型的研究已有二十多年的历史了,然而,通过热力学参数来描述药物从聚合物骨架中释放的研究还做得不多。本文考察用丙烯酸树脂RS为缓释辅料制备的两种消炎痛片剂:一种系将各组分混合后直接压片制成骨架片,另一种则先制成颗粒,将药物包封于聚合物膜内再压片。通过不同温度下的溶出实验,取得依赖于温度的释放速率常数,计算释放的热力学活化参数,进而研究消炎痛和丙烯酸或其甲酯共聚物的两种片剂的药物释放模型。
Studies on oral sustained-release or controlled-release solid dosage forms using polymers as excipients have been in the past for more than two decades. However, little has been done to describe the release of drugs from the polymer matrix through thermodynamic parameters. This article examines the use of acrylic resin RS as sustained release adjuvant prepared two indomethacin tablets: one is the Department of the components directly mixed into pieces made of matrix tablets, the other is first made of particles, the drug encapsulated in Polymer film and then tableting. Through the dissolution experiments at different temperatures, temperature-dependent release rate constants were obtained and the thermodynamic activation parameters were calculated to study the drug release model of two tablets of indomethacin and acrylic acid or its methyl ester copolymer.
