充气钻井及充气砾石充填完井技术,目前在辽河油田主要用于低压稠油藏先期防砂井的钻井、完井施工中。它通过控制连续充入到钻井液、携砂液中的空气流量,而得到一个与油层压力系数相当的当量钻井液密度,并以此为核心,进行全井的设计与施工,从而保护油气层。本文系统地介绍了该套工艺技术的理论依据、现场施工设计、施工要点,以及在辽河油田推广应用所取得的成果。 Inflatable drilling and infilling gravel filling and completion technology, currently in the Liaohe Oilfield is mainly used for low pressure heavy oil reservoir pre-sand control drilling, completion of construction. By controlling the flow rate of air continuously charged into the drilling fluid and sand carrying fluid, it can obtain a equivalent drilling fluid density corresponding to the pressure coefficient of the oil layer. With this as the core, the whole well is designed and constructed so as to protect the oil and gas layers . This paper systematically introduces the theoretical basis of the set of process technology, site construction design, construction points, and the results achieved in the popularization and application of Liaohe Oilfield.
