电子扭角仪与电测扭矩配合使用,能测定金属材料的扭转力学性能,如剪切弹性模量(G)、扭转比例极限(Γ_p0.015)、屈服强度(Γ_p0.3)、及抗扭强度(Γ_b)、最大切应变(γmax)等,操作简便、效率高,不仅能测试样标距内的扭角,而且能在记录仪上直接绘出扭矩(T)-扭角(ψ)曲线,即用图解法按常规公式计算扭转性能各值。解决了扭转试验的电测方法问题。该方法克服了光学法的操作复杂、计算烦琐、重现性差等不足之处,为扭转试验实现电子计算机化打下了基础。
