采用金相显微镜和X射线衍射相结合的方法,观察与分析了高温盐浆泵用新型不锈钢的金相组织,并通过多种腐蚀试验方法,研究了不同热处理制度对钢的耐腐蚀性能的影响。试验结果表明,这种钢在1100℃经两小时水冷固溶处理后,碳化物基本全部固溶于奥氏体基体中,适量的铁素体呈块状或点状弥散均匀分布,具有良好的耐均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀、点蚀和电化学腐蚀性能。
The microstructure of the new type stainless steel for high temperature salt slurry pump was observed and analyzed by metallographic microscope and X-ray diffraction. The influence of different heat treatment systems on the corrosion resistance of the steel was studied by various corrosion test methods . The results show that the solid solution of this kind of steel at 1100 ℃ for two hours in water is almost all dissolved in the austenite matrix. The proper amount of ferrite is uniformly distributed in the form of lumps or spots, with good Resistance to uniform corrosion, intergranular corrosion, pitting and electrochemical corrosion properties.
