目的:探讨米索前列醇片阴道给药联合曲马多片在无痛人工流产术中的价值。方法:将212例要求行无痛人工流产术者,随机分为观察组和对照组各106例,观察组使用米索前列醇片联合曲马多片,对照组不使用任何药物,仅给予口头安慰。观察受术者术中、术后的反应。结果:联合应用完全镇痛率达99%,手术时间较对照组缩短(P<0.01),宫颈松弛度显著优于对照组(P<0.01),人工流产综合反应发生率差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:米索前列醇片与曲马多片联合应用于无痛人工流产术能明显提高手术质量,且安全有效、简便易行。
Objective: To investigate the value of misoprostol vaginal delivery combined with tramadol in painless artificial abortion. Methods: 212 cases of painless abortion were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 106 cases, the observation group used misoprostol combined with tramadol tablets, the control group did not use any drugs, only to give oral comfort. Observed by intraoperative and postoperative response. Results: The complete analgesic rate was 99%. The operative time was shorter than that of the control group (P <0.01), cervical relaxation was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.01), and the incidence of combined abortion was significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion: The combination of misoprostol and tramadol in painless artificial abortion can improve the quality of operation significantly, and is safe, effective and easy to operate.
