用尿激酶联合紫外线辐射充氧自血回输疗法治疗急性脑梗塞50例,并与单用尿激酶组及单用紫外线辐射充氧自上回输组进行了对照观察,治疗3周后,结果显示:3组总有效率基本相似,但联合治疗组治愈率明显高于对照两组,分别为68％、40％和48％(P<0.01),在整个治疗过程中未出现任何毒副作用。从开始治疗时间与疗效的关系看,以联合治疗组病后24h内开始治疗的疗效最好(P<0.01)。
Fifty patients with acute cerebral infarction were treated with urokinase combined with ultraviolet radiation and oxygenation and autotransfusion therapy. The patients were treated with urokinase alone and oxygenated with ultraviolet radiation alone. The results were compared with the results of three weeks after treatment The total effective rates in the three groups were similar, but the cure rates in the combination therapy group were significantly higher than those in the control group (68%, 40%, and 48%, respectively) (P <0.01). No toxic or side effects occurred during the course of treatment. From the beginning of the treatment time and efficacy of the relationship, the combination therapy group within 24 hours after the onset of treatment the best (P <0.01).
