市场竞争归根到底就是人才的竞争。以人为本,重视人才资源的开发,充分发挥人的主观能动性、积极性和创造性,是促进企业发展的重要因素。财务人员积极性的发挥,是搞好企业财务工作的必要条件。但在现实工作中企业财务人员的积极性目前并未充分发挥,以致影响财务工作水平的提高。可见,如何提高财务人员的积极性,对于搞好企业财务管理,促进企业发展,提高企业经济效益具有十分重要的现实意义。
