700MW加压重水堆的压力容器用锻件,已经成功地研制出来了。这一锻件由7个主要件和接管段组成,总重量约为965t。其主要参数如下: 1)法兰:外径为8440mm,重量达238t(最大),要求钢锭重量为570t; 2)筒体和过渡段:外径约为8000mm,高度很大; 3)球形封头:直径为6800mm,厚度为4600mm,成型前毛坯锻件的直径为8000mm,厚度为550mm。锻件所用材料为20MnMoNi55(相当于SA508C1.3),尽管这一锻件是迄今为止所生产过的最大最重的锻件,但其制造过程及质量均令人满意。这是在生产技术上(如炼钢、锻造和热处理)取得了成功的新发展的结果。这些制造技术对大型厚壁钢锻件的质量至关重要。本文对上述大型整体锻件的制造及性能作了说明,并概述了二十多年来超大型锻件的制造工艺。
700MW pressurized heavy water reactor pressure vessel forging, has been successfully developed. This forgings consists of 7 main parts and takeover sections with a total weight of about 965t. The main parameters are as follows: 1) Flange: outer diameter of 8440mm, weight of 238t (maximum), requires ingot weight of 570t; 2) Cylinder and transition section: outer diameter of about 8000mm, height; 3) Head: a diameter of 6800mm, a thickness of 4600mm, forging rough forging before the diameter of 8000mm, a thickness of 550mm. Forgings are made of 20MnMoNi55 (equivalent to SA508C1.3). Although the forgings are by far the largest and heaviest forgings produced, their manufacturing process and quality are satisfactory. This is the result of new developments in manufacturing technology such as steelmaking, forging and heat treatment. These manufacturing techniques are of crucial importance to the quality of large thick-walled steel forgings. This paper describes the manufacture and properties of the above-mentioned large forgings, and outlines the manufacturing process for very large forgings for more than two decades.
