每年,中师生到小学实习时,被派定当指导教师的总会忙得不亦乐乎。其中,工作量较大的恐怕就是审阅实习生准备的详细教案了。中师生们刚开始实习时,满腔热情,备课尤其认真:钻研课文、查找参考资料、研制教具、熟悉学生……往往经过多次反馈,方写下自己较为满意的教案。但他们兴冲冲地把教案送交指导教师审阅,却很有可能“不予通过”。倘若时间充裕,倒也好办,无非是按指导教师的意愿重新写过。如果上课时间迫近了,那就难免有些手忙脚乱。诚然,指导教师比较多地接触过有关教材,有许多经验可以传授,但也早已形成了自己的教学定
