患者女性,29岁,反复吞咽时出现胸闷心悸2年余,又发3天。心电图(图略)示:窦性心律心率,98次/min,Q-T 间期0.39s(最高值0.38s),嘱病人吞咽苹果同时作正常 ECG 连续记录,显示多个连续提前出现的 P-QRS-T 波群,P 波形态多变,P-R 间期不固定,在0.14—0.20,部分 P 波与 T 波重叠,R-R 间距不规则,为0.36—0.48s。平均心率125次/min,其中部分QRS 波畸形,多呈右束支传导阻滞型。ECG 诊断:窦性心律,房性心动过速。
Female patient, 29 years old, with chest tightness and palpitation when swallowed more than 2 years, another 3 days. Electrocardiogram (Figure omitted) shows: sinus rhythm heart rate, 98 beats / min, QT interval of 0.39s (the highest value of 0.38s), instruct the patient swallowing an apple at the same time for normal ECG continuous recording, showing a number of consecutive early P-QRS -T wave group, the P wave varied in shape and the PR interval was not fixed. At 0.14-0.20, part of the P waves overlapped with the T wave, and the irregular RR intervals were 0.36-0.48s. The average heart rate 125 beats / min, some of them QRS wave deformity, mostly right bundle branch block type. ECG diagnosis: sinus rhythm, atrial tachycardia.
