创意的根本在于人,而设计人才的培养,主要在教育。只有整合教育资源,改进教育方式才能促进本市文化产业发展和学生就业,使学生毕业后减少实习时间争取能够不实习就能够胜任设计行业的工作。
Creativity is rooted in people, while the design of personnel training, mainly in education. Only by integrating educational resources and improving education methods can we promote the development of cultural industries and students’ employment in our city and reduce the number of internships after graduation so as to be competent in the design industry without internship.
