The numerical method is applied to the thermophysical properties test, and a method for the determination of solid and liquid phase thermal conductivity of metals and alloys during phase transformation is designed. The thermal conductivity of eutectic alloys such as metallic zinc, Al-Si, lead-antimony and so on were investigated by detecting the phase transition of phase interface during phase transformation and using numerical simulation to simulate the phase transformation process. The obtained results are in good agreement with the literature data, indicating that this method can be used for the study of heat conduction under the phase transition conditions of metals and alloys and the test of thermal conductivity of solid and liquid phases near the phase transition temperature
