根据形位公差国标GB1183—80的精神,凸轮的升程误差也应按最小条件进行评定。当然在要求不高的情况下,按现有的一些不符合国标规定的方法(例如转折点法、平均点法和敏感点法等)测量合格的凸轮,按最小条件评定也必然合格,因而对一般产品,不必一定按最小条件进行评定。但是,为了可靠地确定凸轮的精度和进行仲裁测量,必须按最小条件进行。因此,研究测量基准和评定基准之间的相互关系,以便对已有的测量数据进行必要的处理,使之得出符合最小条件要求的测量结果
