为了进一步研究氨刺激兔鼻粘膜引起心血管反应(CVRA)的神经机制,特别是心交感神经在其中的作用,本工作观察了一些条件下的CVRA情况。 实验在38只家兔身上进行,用2%普鲁卡因局麻,并用三碘季铵酚制动。气管插管后,一例股动脉插管描记血压,用二导生理记录仪同时记录心电。刺激方法是:用注射器将饱和氨蒸气(0.05—1ml)注入鼻腔,每组动物每次刺激所用的氨量是一定的。 1、氨刺激清醒兔鼻粘膜可引起心率和动脉血压的改变:氨刺激后平均0.3秒左右心率
In order to further study the neural mechanism of ammonia-stimulated rabbit nasal mucosa-induced cardiovascular reaction (CVRA), especially the role of cardiac sympathetic nerve in it, we observed the CVRA under some conditions. Experiments were performed on 38 rabbits, with 2% procaine local anesthesia and brazing with triiodide quaternary ammonium phenol. After tracheal intubation, a case of femoral artery catheterization of blood pressure, with two guided physiological recorder at the same time record ECG.
