[病例] 王某,男,8个月。1周前家人发现患儿左眼红,于内眦部眼球上长出一肿包,无分泌物,瞬目反应增多,闭睑时见不到此肿包,不影响患儿日常活动,未经治疗。患儿为足月正常产第一胎,其母娠娠期间一切均正常,其父母均为农民,无便节片虫史,但有食生菜史。体格检查:发育营养正常。全身无异常发现。眼部检查,左眼内眦部球结膜内直肌止端处有一黄豆粒大小之囊样肿物,结膜菲薄表面光滑。
