2012年末,湖南株洲市荷塘区教育局对各校的校长进行年度工作考核,其中有个环节是找教师个别谈话。谈了几个人后,政工人事股长坐不住了,他请八达小学的校长刘影把全校教师的名单给他,他要亲点几位教师来谈——因为先前约谈的人,不仅口径一致,而且高度誉美,所谈的内容似乎是提前准备好了的。出乎意料的是,他随便点的几位老师,说出来的感受与前面几位如出一辙。这位政工人事股长终于信了,在八达小学工作的老师们普遍有种幸福感和归属感;他也明白了,为什么那些条件好很多的学校来这里挖人却终究挖不动。
