结合柴油机的实际情况,分析了柴油机曲轴系统动平衡的意义,构建了柴油机曲轴系统振动监测及现场动平衡系统,提出了采用经验模态分解(EMD)提取曲轴基频振动信号的方法。设计了基于影响系数法的曲轴系统现场动平衡策略。通过实验对论文所构建的系统及方法的可行性进行了验证。
Based on the actual situation of diesel engine, the significance of dynamic balance of diesel crankshaft system is analyzed. The vibration monitoring system and dynamic balancing system of diesel engine crankshaft system are established. A method of extracting fundamental frequency vibration signal of crankshaft by empirical mode decomposition (EMD) is proposed. The dynamic balancing strategy of crankshaft system based on influence coefficient method was designed. The feasibility of the system and method constructed in the dissertation is validated through experiments.
