目的分析复印电子化登记系统对病案复印工作的优化作用。方法某院2013年10月份开始测试软件,2014年5月开始全部使用自主开发的复印登记系统,选取系统投入使用前1年(即2012年10月到2013年9月)和使用后1年(即2014年5月到2015年4月)的病案复印资料作为来源,统计比较复印登记时间、患者签字时间、病案复印工作量。使用SPSS19.0软件统计,计量资料用平均值±标准差表示,采用t检验。结果使用复印登记系统前后,平均每份病案的复印登记时间从64.67±6.50秒减少到24.99±8.76秒(P<0.001),每位经办人签字时间从22.17±4.21秒下降到17.29±3.39秒(P=0.001),平均每月复印人次从613.33±41.40人次增加到662.92±47.20人次(P=0.012),平均每月复印份数从778.25±103.62份增加到897.92±18.11份(P=0.001),接待的复印申请人次从7360人次增长到7955人次,复印的病案份数从9339份增长到10775份。结论复印电子化登记系统能够优化复印工作。
Objective To analyze the optimal effect of photocopying electronic registration system on medical records. Methods A hospital started to test the software in October 2013 and started to use the self-developed copy registration system in May 2014. The average monthly copy number increased from 613.33 ± 41.40 to 662.92 ± 47.20 (P = 0.012), and the average monthly copy number increased from 778.25 ± 103.62 to 897.92 ± 18.11 (P = 0.001) , The number of photocopying applications received increased from 7360 to 7955, and the number of copies of medical records increased from 9339 to 10775 copies. Conclusion The electronic copy registration system optimizes the copying process.
