对一种锶微合金化的高锌2099型铝合金(其化学成分为:Al-2.52Cu-1.87Li-1.19Zn-0.497Mg-0.309Mn-0.0825Zr-0.0605Sr)的晶间腐蚀和剥落腐蚀进行研究。结果表明:该合金经均匀化退火、热变形加工和540℃,2h固溶及121℃,14h+151℃,48h时效的热处理后,其具有良好的抗晶间腐蚀和剥落腐蚀性能。按GB7998-87标准,其晶间腐蚀最大深度为122.78um,接近3级等级;按GB/T22639-2008标准,其剥落腐蚀较轻微,腐蚀等级处于PB。与2024-T6铝合金相比,本合金不仅具有高的硬度(高14.7%),而且具有更好的抗腐蚀性能。
Intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion of a type of strontium microalloyed high-zinc 2099 aluminum alloy with chemical composition: Al-2.52Cu-1.87Li-1.19Zn-0.497Mg-0.309Mn-0.0825Zr-0.0605Sr research. The results show that the alloy has good resistance to intergranular corrosion and exfoliation after being homogenized, hot deformed, and solution treated at 540 ℃ for 2h and aged at 121 ℃, 14h + 151 ℃, 48h. By GB7998-87 standard, the maximum depth of intergranular corrosion of 122.78um, close to three levels; according to GB / T22639-2008 standard, the flake corrosion is minor, the corrosion level at PB. Compared with 2024-T6 aluminum alloy, the alloy not only has high hardness (14.7% high), but also has better corrosion resistance.
