随着社会生活的不断发展、社会经济的不断增长,建筑的各项要求也与日俱增,特别是对于建筑的高度以及它的结构复杂程度的要求,达到了前所未有的新高度,笔者所在的成都市各类大型综合体建筑层出不穷,而建筑消防设施作为其中的重要一环,也在日常的生产和生活中凸显出越来越重要的作用,当今社会,虽然建筑消防设施管理的水平随着时代的进步取得了突飞猛进的发展和进步。但是,从全局来看,它仍然存在着这样或是那样的弊端,如何更加有效的解决这些弊端仍然有待于研究和解决。
