对高二《生物》实验二用洋葱表皮作植物细胞质壁分离和复原的实验,笔者所教两个班,用两种不同的洋葱作实验,得到两种不同的结果。
In the second experiment of the “biology” experiment in the second year of the experiment, the onion epidermis was used as the experiment for the separation and restoration of the plant cell cytoplasmic wall. The author taught two classes and experimented with two different onions to obtain two different results.
