目的探讨尿激酶联合地塞米松球旁注射的临床疗效。方法采用采用尿激酶2000u+地塞米松2mg溶于lml生理盐水中球旁注射治疗玻璃体出血68例68眼,比较治疗前后视力及眼底改变。结果 68眼中治愈30眼(44.12%),显效20眼(29.41%),好转13眼(19.12%),无效5只眼(7.35%),总有效率92.65%。结论尿激酶联合地塞米松球旁注射治疗玻璃体出血疗效好,操作简单安全,易推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of urokinase combined with dexamethasone injection. Methods Urokinase 2000u + dexamethasone 2mg dissolved in lml normal saline ball injection 68 cases 68 cases of vitreous hemorrhage, compared before and after treatment of visual acuity and fundus changes. Results In 68 eyes, 30 eyes (44.12%) were cured, 20 eyes (29.41%), 13 eyes (19.12%), 5 eyes (7.35%) were ineffective and the total effective rate was 92.65%. Conclusion Urokinase combined with dexamethasone ball injection treatment of vitreous hemorrhage curative effect is simple, safe, easy to promote.
