用高效液相色谱氨基酸自动分析仪和原子吸收分光光度计分别测定日本血吸虫病血清中游离氨基酸与肝组织内微量元素,结果表明:血清中除胱氨酸外含17种氨基酸,其中生物体必须的异亮氨酸和赖氨酸较感染前的对照组显著增多,亮氨酸明显减少(P<0.05)。但芳香族和支键族的氨基酸比值无明显变化,显然与其早期疾病肝功受损还不严重及无门静脉短路有关。肝组织微量元素中Zn、Fe含量比正常兔对照组明显增多(P<0.01)。这些具有基础和临床医学意义的首次报道可供进一步研究参考。
The contents of free amino acids in serum and trace elements in liver tissue of Japanese schistosomiasis were respectively determined by high performance liquid chromatographic amino acid analyzer and atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results showed that the serum contained 17 kinds of amino acids besides cystine, Isoleucine and lysine significantly increased compared with the control group before infection, leucine was significantly reduced (P <0.05). However, there was no obvious change in the ratio of amino acids between aromatic and branched-chain, which is obviously related to the fact that their early stage of liver disease is not seriously impaired and no portal vein short-circuit. The contents of Zn and Fe in liver tissue trace elements increased significantly (P <0.01) compared with normal rabbits. These first reports of basic and clinical significance are for further study.
