中国科学院自动化研究所与四机部4504厂合作,研制成功了为图形发生器高精度伺服工作台提供液压循环油的高精度恒温装置。经过中国计量科学研究院的检定,确定了进入工作台的高压油八小时连续工作温度波动范围为±0.06℃。现对本装置概括介绍如下:图形发生器高精度快速伺服工作台的液压系统需要供给每分钟0.7~3.7公升20个大气压的工作用油,而且由于伺服工作台的精度极高,因此,要求连续进入伺服工作台的高压循环油必须精确地恒温,以防止由于油温的变化而引起工作台的机械误差。为了实现循环油的高精度恒温,本装置采取了以下几点主要措施:
