目的:总结10例腹腔镜下纽扣顶压式阴道成形术的手术配合方法及要点。方法:对我院妇科收治的10例行腹腔镜下纽扣顶压式阴道成形手术治疗的手术配合进行分析和总结。术前访视做好患者的心理疏导,完善术前准备以及特殊物品和器械准备工作,器械护士做好术中的无菌操作及手术配合,巡回护士做好有效的体位摆放,与医生主动配合,保证特殊仪器设备的正常运转。结果:10例患者均能很好的配合手术,手术过程顺利,创伤小,恢复快,术后回访疗效满意,无并发症发生。结论:人性化的术前访视,充分的术前准备,与患者和家属的良好沟通,合理的手术体位和术中娴熟的手术配合是新手术的开展并顺利完成的重要保证。 OBJECTIVE: To summarize the surgical methods and key points of 10 cases of laparoscopic top-press vaginoplasty.
