我国1986年《民法通则》颁布至今已经20余年了,在此期间,随着改革开放的不断深入,我国经济的快速发展,我国政治、经济、文化等领域都发生了翻天覆地的变化;而与此同时,我国的未成年人监护制度虽然不断完善,但比较国外先进的未成年人监护制度来说,我国目前仍然有所滞后。本文对我国目前未成年人监护制度的现状进行分析,并对当前存在的问题提出自己的拙见,望能抛砖引玉。
In 1986, the General Principles of Civil Law was promulgated in 1986 for more than 20 years. During this period, with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid economic development in our country, earth-shaking changes have taken place in our political, economic and cultural fields. With this In the meantime, though the guardianship system for minors in our country is constantly improving, comparing with the guardianship system for minors advanced abroad, our country still lags behind. This article analyzes the status quo of the current guardianship system for minors in our country and puts forward my own humble opinion on the existing problems.
