一九八三年根据十二大精神召开的第二次全国党校工作会议以来,党校教育工作取得了很大的成绩。但是,仍然存在许多问题,迫切需要研究和解决。本文拟结合三年多来办学的实践,谈谈个人的一些粗浅认识。 (一)关于培养目标问题应该说,党校的培养目标是明确的,简单说来,就是培训适应四化建设需要的革命化、年轻化、知识化、专业化的党政领导骨干。但是,这个目标毕竟还是比较原则的。把这个目标稍加分解就可看出。“适应四化建设需要”是目的,“革命化、年轻化、知识化、专业化”是标准。二者之间的关系是:目的决定标准,标准
Since the Second National Party School Work Conference held in 1983 in accordance with the spirit of the 12th National Congress, great achievements have been made in the education of Party schools. However, many problems still exist and there is an urgent need to study and solve them. This article intends to combine the practice of running a school for more than three years and talk about some superficial understanding of individuals.
