本课题主要研究废弃物玻璃/铝复合材料的制造与性能,而首要解决的问题就是基体与增强颗粒间浸润性差的问题。本文即着重于基础研究,即改善铝与玻璃浸润学的两种方法,一是在铝液中加入活性元素(硅、铜、镁、钙),通过实验及测试得出了元素的加入量变化对铝与玻璃接触角的影响曲线,从而得出硅和镁是在800°时减小铝与玻璃接触角的有效的活性元素。二是用盐类活性剂(氟化钾、碳酸钠)浸渍玻璃,通过实验及测试得出氟化钾是一种有效的、经济的改善铝与玻璃浸润性的活性剂。
This topic focuses on the manufacture and performance of waste glass / aluminum composite materials, and the primary problem to be solved is the problem of poor wettability between the matrix and the reinforced particles.
