(2016年10月17日浙江省十二届人大常委会第八十四次主任会议通过)省十二眉人大常委会第三十三次会议,听取和审议了冯飞副省长代表省政府所作的《关于〈浙江省社会养老服务促进条例〉执行情况的报告》,审议了省人大内司委《关于检查〈浙江省社会养老服务促进条例〉执行情况的报告》。常委会组成人员认为,省政府及有关部门高度重视养老服务工作,贯彻实施条例成效明显,整体工作继续走在全国前列。但距离有效应对老龄化加快趋势,“保障人人享有基本养老服务”的要求,仍有一些问题需要继续引起重视,着力推动解决。具体意见和建议如下:一是坚持构建居家为基础、社区为依托、机构为补充、
