填料函是填料函式换热器的重要部件,根据GB151-1999《管壳式换热器》无法确定填料函所有的结构尺寸。针对此问题,本文在标准法兰的基础上提出一种填料函设计方案,主要包括填料函法兰内径设计、填料函法兰选型、填料函厚度设计和填料函高度设计。基于本文提出的设计方案完成氧气冷却器填料函设计,并参照GB150-2011《压力容器》进行填料函法兰校核,采用有限单元法进行填料函设计方案校核,结果表明:填料函设计方案满足螺栓面积、间距以及填料函应力和刚度要求,笔者提出的填料函设计方案是可行的,本文的填料函设计方案与校核方法可为相关科技人员参考。
Stuffing box is an important part of packing function heat exchanger. According to GB151-1999 “Shell and tube heat exchanger”, it is impossible to determine the size of packing box. In view of this problem, this paper proposes a stuffing box design scheme based on the standard flange, including the flange diameter design of stuffing box, flange selection of stuffing box, thickness design of stuffing box and height design of stuffing box. Based on the design scheme proposed in this paper, the design of stuffing box of oxygen cooler was completed, and the stuffing box flange was checked with reference to GB150-2011 “Pressure Vessel”. The design of stuffing box was checked by finite element method. The results showed that the stuffing box design scheme To meet the bolt area, spacing, and the stress and stiffness of the stuffing box, the stuffing box design scheme proposed by the author is feasible. The stuffing box design scheme and checking method in this paper can be referred to the relevant scientific and technical personnel.
