针对普通冲切机生产齿型扁钢存在着产品精度低、生产成本高和生产效率低的问题。通过分析齿型扁钢的特性,开发研制了一种新型高效的全自动齿型扁钢冲切机。重点介绍了全自动齿型扁钢冲切机的总体结构设计,包括进给装置、共轭凸轮机构冲切装置、专用齿型扁钢冲切模具、液压控制系统以及数控系统。生产的新型数控齿型扁钢的冲切精度误差小于0.2 mm,冲切速度达到24~30 m·min-1。该冲切机可以高效生产齿型、齿距均匀的齿型扁钢,各项指标达到了同期国家标准。
For the production of ordinary flat blanking flat gear there is a product of low precision, high production costs and low productivity problems. By analyzing the characteristics of tooth flat bar, a new type of highly efficient automatic toothed flat bar cutting machine has been developed. The paper mainly introduces the overall structure design of automatic toothed flat steel punching machine, including feeding device, punching device of conjugate cam mechanism, punching die of special toothed flat steel, hydraulic control system and numerical control system. The error of blanking precision of the new type of CNC gear-shaped flat steel produced is less than 0.2 mm and the blanking speed reaches 24-30 m · min -1. The punching machine can efficiently produce tooth-shaped, uniform tooth-shaped flat bar, the indicators reached the same period of national standards.
