用断乳雄性 Wistar大鼠 15只 ,分为实验性胃癌组和盐水对照组。实验性胃癌组大鼠用 MNNG灌胃 ,流式细胞仪测定有异倍体 (10 0 % )后 ,断头处死动物 ,快速取出脑垂体。用免疫组织化学、图像分析和形态计量方法观察大鼠实验性腺胃癌发生过程中脑垂体远侧部 ACTH细胞的变化。结果表明 ,实验性胃癌组大鼠脑垂体远侧部 ACTH阳性细胞的面数密度增大 ,反应增强 ,与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 )。结果提示 ,在大鼠实验性腺胃癌发生过程中 ,脑垂体远侧部 ACTH细胞可能参与了机体抗肿瘤的内分泌调节。
Fifteen weaned male Wistar rats were divided into experimental gastric cancer group and saline control group. Rats in experimental gastric cancer group were intragastrically administered with MNNG. After aneuploidy (10%) was determined by flow cytometry, the animals were decapitated and the pituitary gland was quickly removed. Immunohistochemistry, image analysis and morphometry were used to observe the changes of ACTH cells in the distal part of pituitary during experimental gastric adenocarcinoma in rats. The results showed that the number density of ACTH positive cells in the distal part of the pituitary gland of experimental gastric cancer group increased and the response was enhanced compared with the control group (P <0.01, P <0.05 ). The results suggest that in experimental rat gastric adenocarcinoma, ACTH cells in the distal part of the pituitary may be involved in the anti-tumor endocrine regulation of the body.
