面向企业的行业信息资源配置是企业创新发展中值得关注的主要问题,经济全球化和创新国际化背景下,我国分部门的资源配置体系正经受多方面挑战,由此提出行业信息资源配置体系重构的要求。从这一现实需求出发,着重于行业信息资源配置系统架构分析,按面向创新需求和资源效益的导向原则,探讨我国行业信息资源配置系统重构的协调实现。
The allocation of information resources for enterprises in the industry is a key issue worthy of attention in the innovation and development of enterprises. Under the background of economic globalization and internationalization of innovation, the resource allocation system in China’s sub-sectors is undergoing many challenges. Therefore, it is proposed that the allocation of information resources in the industry Structure requirements. Based on this realistic demand, this paper focuses on the analysis of the system structure of industry information resource allocation and the coordination of the reconstruction of industry information resource allocation system in China based on the guiding principle of facing innovation demand and resource benefit.
