前言 导向筒是汽车起动机部件单向离合器中的主要零件之一,材料为20Cr,目前国内采用传统的机械加工方法,工序长、效率低、劳动量大,材料利用率低,一般为30％左右。我厂在徐州机械工程学会的大力协助下,对导向筒采用冷挤工艺试制成功,并进行了批量考核。
Foreword The guide cylinder is one of the main components of the one-way clutch of automobile starter components, the material is 20Cr, the current domestic use of traditional machining methods, long process, low efficiency, labor, material utilization is low, usually 30% about. I plant in Xuzhou Mechanical Engineering Society with the strong help of the pilot cylinder cold extrusion process trial success, and conducted a batch assessment.
