企业管理以财务管理为核心,渗透在企业的各个领域、各个环节之中,这已成为大家的共识。我们之所以这样理解财务管理,往往因为它是企业资金运动的一项综合性管理,贯穿于企业一切经济活动之中。而笔者认为,财务管理不仅仅是资金的运作表现,更应结合企业自身的特点,从财务管理的角度去探索成本降低的潜力,从成本控制入手把财务管理推向一个新的阶段。
Business management to financial management as the core, infiltration in all areas of enterprises, all aspects, which has become the consensus of all. The reason why we understand financial management this way is often because it is a comprehensive management of corporate capital movement that runs through all the economic activities of the enterprise. The author believes that financial management is not only the performance of the operation of funds, but also should be combined with the characteristics of the enterprise itself, from the perspective of financial management to explore the potential for cost reduction, cost control to start the financial management to a new stage.
