教育部国家体育总局共青团中央联合开展亿万学生阳光体育冬季长跑活动教育部、国家体育总局、共青团中央决定,于2008年10月26日至2009年4月30日开展第二届全国亿万学生阳光体育冬季长跑活动,活动主题为“阳光体育与祖国同行”。三部门要求各级教育、体育行政部门和共青团组织要认真组织实施学生冬季长跑活动。各级教育行政部门要将冬季长跑活动纳入工作计划,广泛发动、认真组织、具体指导,尽最大可能提高冬季
