有关糖尿病(DM)患者肺功能(FVC 和FEV_1)值的变化以往存在着争议.为了探讨DM 患者血糖、FVC 和FEV_1之间的关系,作者对11763例进行了调查研究。所选对象的年龄大多为40～70岁,DM 的诊断以调查表为基础,并根据治疗情况分为胰岛素治疗组(DM_1)及口服降糖药和/或饮食控制治疗组
In the past there was controversy regarding the changes in the values of pulmonary function (FVC and FEV_1) in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) .In order to investigate the relationship between DM, FVC and FEV_1, 11763 patients were investigated. The subjects were mostly aged 40 to 70 years old.
