一、前言 黑钨重选厂由于其矿石性质和工艺特点所致,用水量较大,一座250吨(合格矿)的钨选厂,日耗水7000~9000吨。据统计,扬水耗电一般占选矿总耗电的30~40%,因此,研究和选择合理的供水方式,是节省电能消耗,降低选矿成本的有效途径之一。根据钨选厂粗、中粒跳汰作业用水的特点,我矿樟斗选厂进行了“泵压式跳汰机闭路循环供水”的尝试,几年来的生产实践证明,效果是良好的。
I. INTRODUCTION Because of its ore properties and process characteristics, the black wicker re-election plant has a large amount of water consumption. A 250 ton (qualified mine) tungsten dressing plant consumes 7000-9,000 tons of water daily. According to statistics, pumped water generally accounts for 30-40% of the total power consumption of beneficiation. Therefore, studying and selecting a reasonable water supply method is one of the effective ways to save energy consumption and reduce ore dressing costs. According to the characteristics of the coarse-grained and medium-sized jigging jig in the tungsten processing plant, I tried to carry out the “closed-circuit water supply by pump-type jig” in the coal mills. The production practice in recent years proved that the effect is good.
